Carla has returned to recruitment at AP Personnel, following 10 years of working as a Manager for the States of Guernsey. Having worked for AP Group from 2004 until 2009, Carla brings a solid experience in recruitment services and staff management. During the five years at AP Group, Carla spent time in Guernsey, Jersey and London, successfully working in the offices that now offer world-class international recruitment services in finance, commercial and IT sectors.
Carla has completed a NVQ Level II in Business Studies as well as gaining an REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Merit).
Carla has an extensive local network and outstanding knowledge of local recruitment for the finance and commercial sectors. This experience puts her in the unique position of understanding the challenges that both her clients and candidates will face whilst looking for that perfect match.
In her spare time, Carla enjoys running and spending time with her daughter.
