Our client who offers Private Wealth, Corporate and Fund services, supported by Accounting, Operations, Risk & Compliance and HR teams, are seeking to appoint an Assistant CRM (Payments Administrator) / Trainee. There is more than one role so this role is open to candidates looking for either a permanent/temporary/contract role.
In this role you will assistant the client relationship manager and will take pride in helping to manage client expectations and help to provide efficient, timely and high-quality administration services. The role holder will assist the team in ensuring their clients are serviced in an effective and pro-active manner.
Our client is seeking a candidate with ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a fund administration role, or other relevant experience and you will be working towards or willing to start studying towards an appropriate qualification. However this role could be a stepping stone for a trainee to get into the funds industry as full training and study support would be offered.
