Our client, an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund and corporate administration services, are seeking to appoint an Assistant Fund Manager.
In this role you will administer a complex range of fund structures (corporate and Institutional) and associated structures, as well as assisting with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business in accordance with our client’s streamlined approach.
Our client is seeking a candidate with a minimum 5 years’ funds experience, with a fund company secretarial background, at assistant manager level. You will need to be deadline oriented, have the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with attention to detail, and knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements.
