Our client a leading provider of private equity and fund administration are seeking an assistant manager to join its Jersey office.
Key responsibilities will include: To assist with all aspects of general administration of clients when time frames allow, assist the team manager in supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the team. Deputise if required; assist with the training and development of staff. You will also be required to complete more technical aspects of the role such as managing workloads, attending board meetings, control and monitor the bookkeeping process and reviewing ledgers on a regular basis.
Suitable candidates will have a sound knowledge of company secretary tasks and have at least 3 years working with a financial institution, preferable within Private Equity. You must have strong IT skills with general knowledge of banking systems. Ideally you will hold an ICSA qualification either at certificate or diploma level.
