Our client, a well-established independent fiduciary services company is looking for an Assistant Manager to join it's onboarding team, this is a pan island role and the candidate can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey.

You will need excellent organisation skills and you will need to be a team player, with a personal drive to succeed and to meet deadlines, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise. You will need excellent attention to detail, have the ability to work on your own initiative, with a high level of written and oral communication and confidence to engage with different stakeholders both internally and externally. The successful candidate will need a good understanding of risk in a fiduciary services environment, and an excellent understanding of CDD requirements in Jersey and Guernsey for onboarding new clients and structures.
