A leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery are seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to work in their Private Wealth Team, in an out of town location.
You will administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Manager and more junior members within the team.
You will act as a role model to implement a culture which supports the client's culture and ensure engagement of all team members to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies. You will need to be aware of, and bring to the attention of management, identification of any commercial or reputational risks to the business, in a timely and effective manner. You will assist the Manager and Director with any private wealth related projects.
Every day brings a new challenge so you'll also need to be a team player at heart and actively support the wider team with the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
You will need to be either ICSA or STEP qualified, with solid experience within a fiduciary environment.
