Bar Manager qualities they are looking for include good communication skills, you will have impeccable attention to detail, with previous experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will need to have the ability to drive their staff and business forward. You need to be a sports fan, with a willingness to engage in back-office operations including stock management, rota planning, ordering etc. You will be a real 'hands on' Manager, leading from the front.
