Our client is seeking to appoint a Business Analyst to work in their Change Management Department.
The position would be suited to a dynamic, enthusiastic and "change-friendly" individual who is interested in furthering a career in Change Management. The Business Analyst role is a vital one that will support the Change Department in delivering the Change Programme as well as supporting the gathering and designing of business requirements, testing and test management as well as the supporting in running projects.
The project environment is subject to rapid change, and an ability to think on one's feet, take responsibility and make decisions, as is the need to prioritise and plan one's own and other people's time effectively. Remaining calm under pressure is a definite pre-requisite.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills and an ability to listen, understand and clarify. You will have an ability to prioritise multiple demands and manage their time and others effectively, a willingness to learn and understand, have a creative approach to solving problems and working with others to produce solutions. Experience in a regulated industry would be advantageous but is not essential, however it is essential that you have Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
