A worldwide client is seeking to appoint a Client Case Administrator. Working as part of their dynamic case management team, you will support customers with regards to their premium payments considering various options to ensure that their customers obtain maximum value opportunities from their policies by continuing to invest.
You will need to be adaptable and customer-focused, with customer experience, and good computer skills with capabilities in Word & Excel. You must be able to work under time pressure, and it would be desirable if you have an awareness of AML, CDD, and risk assessment, including local regulatory requirements. You will need a positive 'can do' attitude to learning and work ethic.
As part of this role, the Company will provide funding and support for a study programme towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance (or similar) in order to enable personal development and awareness of Insurance products and processes. Additional learning and development options to support employees' personal and technical development are also available.
