Based in Guernsey and working within the Major Accounts Team you will be responsible for a portfolio of UK based clients and prospects with accountability for retention and servicing of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit.
You will need to have a proven track record of delivering high levels of client service, have the ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists, have the ability to represent the practice and with integrity and credibility. You will need to have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery, and be highly experienced within the financial services industry.
Consideration will also be given to candidates wishing to work reduced hours.
