Our client is seeking a Client Services Administrator to work on a 6-month contract to monitor premiums due to ensure prompt payment of invoices and refer as appropriate, monitor data to enable the Operations Team to process renewals, ensure client policy schedules are up to date and uploaded, and to co-operate with the wider team.

You will need to have the ability to provide high quality customer service with a professional, client focused approach and to add value to existing client relationships, you will need to have flexibility and adaptability to meet the clients and business needs, have excellent communication skills, with intermediate level experience of Word, Excel and Outlook software, as well as being organised and have the ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
