Our client is seeking to appoint a Client Services Coordinator to join their Sales and Marketing Team, this is a key role, where you will undertake a variety of duties, communicating with both existing and new customers via various channels. The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and outcomes to customers.

This role would suit an individual who enjoys being busy with a focus on exceptional customer service. You will build long-term relationships with customers, assist in processing orders, support the Account Manager in in setting up price lists, maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments, and communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, proactive team player, reliable, hardworking, and conscientious, with excellent time management skills, and self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
