Our client is seeking to appoint a Closing Case Officer to support the business unit and complete the day-to-day activities involved in the closing of client structures.
In this role you will be responsible for the dissolution of company / termination of trusts by way of distribution of assets, transfer out of administration to another service provider, wind up dry structures, and dissolving companies / terminations of a trust within a continuing relationship / structure and perform all duties in accordance with the principles outlined in the code of conduct, as well as the policies and procedures relevant to your responsibilities, to ensure that you adhere to a culture that focuses on the long-term sustainability of client relationships.
You will need to have knowledge of legal, regulatory and industry requirements in each jurisdiction, knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures, with strategic and commercial awareness. You will need over 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
