Our client is looking for a Commercial Broker / Trainee Commercial Broker who is ambitious and hungry to join their expanding team.
This is an all-round role, requiring the successful candidate to handle small to medium sized general commercial business (property, liability, packages, construction, motor trade, fleets etc.) and they will be involved in all aspects from new business quoting and processing through to handling mid-term adjustments and renewals. They will also be required to attend client meetings in and out of the office.
This position will suit a confident and outgoing individual looking for an opportunity with potential.
The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar role or in another customer service / retail role outside of insurance.
Our client is interested to hear from candidates who are proactive, and customer-focused who can spot opportunities and act in the moment.
A smaller, growing team means the candidate will have higher impact and accountability - whilst also having all the technical and soft skills support and development they need.
