Due to growth, this well-established, independent funds provider is currently recruiting for Company Secretarial Administrator to join its Guernsey operation.
Reporting to the Company Secretarial Manager, you will take on a varied workload including taking minutes and attending board meetings, maintaining statutory records, preparing returns with Guernsey Registry and duties of an administrative nature including preparing board packs, travel arrangements and dealing with client mail shots.
To be considered for this position it is expected that you will have fast, accurate typing skills and already have gained proven secretarial experience with the ability to produce precise minutes. A high level of IT proficiency is prerequisite as is some understanding of the financial services industry.
