Our international client are seeking to appoint a Company Secretarial Officer, this is a permanent role but they will consider a temporary candidate while they find the right candidate.
The purpose of this role is to carry out the administration of all matters relating to corporate governance such as assisting with the preparations for Board Meetings and Board Committee meetings, assist with maintaining all corporate regulatory and commercial registrations, ensure compliance with all corporate regulatory Insurance requirements / laws., and assist with maintaining all corporate records, agreements, banking relationship records and signatory lists.
Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience or more within the finance industry, specifically in a Company Secretarial role, with working knowledge of Guernsey’s legislative and regulatory requirements.
Insurance experience or knowledge of Protected Cell Companies is desirable.
You will need to have previous successful boardroom and regulator/s experience, have the ability to communicate at all levels., with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will also need experience in Microsoft package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
