Our client, a financial and fiduciary services company that provides clients with bespoke, expert solutions and offshore investment alternatives are seeking to appoint a compliance professional with 3 - 5 years relevant experience (ideally in a trust and/or fund environment). You will need to have knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory framework in respect of trust/funds, good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities will include regulatory framework and monitoring, reviewing and reporting the findings for various compliance reviews in line with the compliance monitoring programmes, be responsible for preparing and monitoring of the GFSC Portal.
This role requires a candidate who is an analytical, problem-solving with numeracy skills, who works well both as part of a team and independently, with an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, GFSC, Directors and other bodies as required.
