Under the supervision of the Financial Crime Officer, this position involves actively supporting the MLCO and the Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") Team in managing the Financial Risks of the firm, including the profiling of customers at onboarding and throughout the existence of the customer relationship.

The Compliance Administrator will be expected to work closely with all areas of the GRC Team promoting a positive compliance culture.

To apply for this role, you will ideally need some experience working within a compliance function for a financial service business, however training will be given. A compliance qualification is desirable, but above all, you will need to have a keen interest in the field of compliance and a willingness to learn.

You will need to be a team player, independent, hardworking, eager to learn with attention to detail. You will be customer-oriented and high adaptability to a changing environment, able to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail and strong administration skills. You will also need to have the ability to learn and develop your skillset quickly and efficiently. You will need the ability to organise and maintain filing systems, provide administrative support to the MLCO, including maintaining the customer CDD requirements. You will need to communicate in a positive and effective manner, be self-motivated with the ability to use initiative as well as good common sense.
