Our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Relations Executive. You will play a key role in the success of the Customer Support Team and companies vision; the role also provides excellent career progression opportunities. Due to the fast-moving nature of the online gaming industry, this is an interesting role that will provide an exciting spring board to a successful career for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for communicating with customers via email and Facebook, review customers client due diligence documents, apply Safer Gambling measures to customers, as well as escalating customer queries for review to the relevant departments/ Team Leaders.
You will have good communication skills, have a proven or interest in customer service, have the ability to be self-motivated and hardworking, have a good level of familiarity with email style writing using Word and Excel, have a good level of computer/ typing skills, and be able to cope with changes in the work environment. Zendesk experience would be preferred but not essential.
