Due to expansion our client is seeking to appoint a Customer Services Manager.
Working out of town you would be working for a highly respected organisation.
The successful candidate will be an outgoing and motivated self-starter; a flexible and adaptable team player with a calm, friendly and engaging personality, with the ability to make good judgements and to make sound decisions on customer service matters. Above all, you must be outcomes oriented and have a clear focus on getting the job done to the highest standard possible whilst maximising efficiency and company productivity.
You will need to be a very organised individual, have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and have a talent for people management with the interpersonal skills to match. Key to this role is the ability to listen and respond appropriately. You must be numerate, IT literate and adept with Microsoft Office. Commercial acumen is essential.
A management and administrative background and 2 - 3 years of customer service experience would be ideal.
