Our client is looking to recruit a number of Customer Support Officers based in Guernsey to work on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The applicants will be required to assist customers with general enquiries by providing support on products and services. The successful candidates will provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance as well as reporting. You will have an excellent telephone manner and listening skills as well as experience of working in a Customer Services environment.
