A leading and innovating online gaming client who has one of the fastest growing networks of sites in the UK are seeking to add to their Customer Relations Team in Guernsey.
They are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join their dynamic and passionate Customer Support Department. As a Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service across their 200+ sites in regions such as the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland.
You will play a key role in the success of the Customer Support Team and the company's vision; the role also provides excellent career progression opportunities. Due to the fast-moving nature of the online gaming industry, this is an interesting role that will provide an exciting spring board to a successful career for the right candidate
You will be responsible for communicating with customers via email, review customer's due diligence documents, and if necessary escalate customer queries for review to the relevant Departments / Team Leaders
You will have good communication skills, previous experience in a customer support role, have a proven or interest in customer service, and have the ability to be self-motivated and hard working. You will need a good level of familiarity with email style writing, experience with Word and Excel, a good level of computer / typing skills, and able to cope with changes in the work environment. Zendesk experience would be preferred.
