A leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate Services are seeking to appoint a Facilities Administrator to join their Support Services team on a full time, permanent basis.
The Facilities Administrator is responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service as the first point of contact for visitors at our client’s Headquarters, while managing daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and facilities coordination.
This role ensures smooth daily operations through effective visitor management, document processing, and facilities support, maintaining our client’s professional standards and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is personable and presentable with excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and colleagues. You will need the ability to multitask efficiently, and show strong attention to detail as the successful candidate will need to work accurately across all administrative and facilities-based tasks.
