Our client is seeking to appoint a Fund Accountant, you would be responsible for the planning and preparation of financial reports for a portfolio of funds, ensuring reporting deadlines are met and the delivery of client accounting requirements are in compliance with our client's contractual obligations.
Our client is looking for a candidate with solid and pragmatic accounting skills and technical accounting knowledge, with excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills. You will need to have meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organisational and planning skills, with advanced Excel skills and strong IT skills.
You will need to have professionalism and the ability to win the respect of clients, with the ability to work on own your initiative and as part of a team. You will need to have the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, have the drive to make continuous improvements, and have flexibility to adapt as the role and the company develops.
