Our client is looking to recruit a HR Manager for an 11-month contract term.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR generalist service to the line management and colleague population across the Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man jurisdictions.
Candidates must be Chartered CIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role. Applicants will have a keen eye for detail, with an innovative approach to tasks. Candidates will be willing to challenge, have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Working in a small team, the candidate will be a team player and prepared to "muck in" when required.
