A medium sized company with its HR Department based in Guernsey are seeking to appoint an HR Officer to support the Group Head of Human Resources in all HR matters.
In this role you will provide employment advice to Managers and employees on all aspects of human resources management, employment law and the Company's policies and procedures. You will build strong relationships at all levels to influence and engage employees, provide written and verbal advice in a coherent and professional manner that is of the highest standard as well as managing the payroll and benefits processes.
This role would suit a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic, and good time management and organisational skills. You should have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, have the ability to maintain confidentiality, and to build strong working relationships.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working at a similar level and be CIPD qualified/part qualified.
