This dynamic, fast moving online company is looking for a Junior Customer Relations Executive to deal with customer queries via email and Facebook. You will be the first point of contact for any website issues, you will conduct customer due diligence, and carry out customer verification in accordance with internal processes.
In this role no two days will be the same, you will work in a modern office environment, and due to the fast-moving nature of this industry, this interesting role will provide an excellent spring board to a successful career for the right candidate.
