Our client is seeking to appoint a Junior IT Analyst to join their team.
They are seeking a well-organised and driven individual to provide additional support within the existing IT Team. You will be expected to maintain the high-level service currently given by IT support to our client.
The successful individual will provide first and second line support to all staff, their computer equipment, and peripherals, build and commission new computers and peripherals as needed, provide project support individually and within a team as required and provide additional support for servers and server systems.
You will need excellent communication skills, and must be able to maintain accurate records, documenting procedures and keeping them up to date etc, with the ability to communicate to all levels of staff with clarity, confidence and discretion.
Ideally you will have good working knowledge of PC and laptop hardware set-up and configuration, and an understanding of Anti-Virus applications and basic Cyber Security. You will need to have a willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Training will be provided in all systems.
