Our client is looking for a support administrator to join their Guernsey team to provide a full secretarial and administrative service to fee earners and to contribute towards the smooth running of the Guernsey office. They need an individual who has solid administrative skills and a willingness to adapt and be flexible.
In this role you will work as part of the administrative support team to provide a full secretarial and administrative service primarily to the Head of Employment for Channel Islands and the Partner for the International Private Client practice in Guernsey, and to contribute towards the smooth running of the Guernsey office. They need an individual who is highly organised with solid administrative skills and a willingness to adapt and be flexible.
This role would ideally suit a graduate, or at least educated to A level or equivalent with strong grades, an administration or secretarial qualification would be advantageous. Prior experience in a professional services firm, ideally within a legal environment would be desirable. You will need to be a confident and competent IT user with a sound working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, experience of document management systems would be advantageous, as well as excellent typing and formatting skills. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks, with a willingness and ability to learn.
