Working with the Senior Manager this role will involve advising and reporting to Key Business Partners on business issues and standards and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures with the aim of ensuring we follow best practice in terms of meeting our legislative and regulatory requirements.
The preferred candidate will hold a certification in Compliance e.g. ICA, have a minimum of 5 years industry related experience, preferable with at least 3 years' experience in working in a compliance department, with strong IT skills, including practical experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
You will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements and in particular the anti-money laundering framework in Guernsey, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and listening), and have the ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise and organise workflow.
