Our client is seeking to appoint a Manager to manage their Corporate Services Team. The Manager would be responsible for a team of administrators managing the day to day company administration of a portfolio of companies and pension/EBT structures.
In this role you will meet financial targets in terms of budgeted chargeable hours and recovery rates. Ensure that invoicing of fees and debt management, for your own portfolio is managed in a timely manner, as well as for team members. You will delegate day to day team activities to your Assistant Managers whilst retaining control and oversight to ensure tasks are being fully completed in a professional and timely manner. As Manager you will ensure that the team is working cohesively, sharing information as necessary in order to provide a top-level client service, hold regular team meetings to share pertinent information, discuss key projects and provide development opportunities across the team. You will carry out a first review of accounts prepared by the Accounts Team and ensure that they are received in a timely manner, ensuring that Accounts are signed off by the Director in accordance with agreed deadlines.
To apply for this role, you will need relevant experience in a regulated finance or professional services with the most recent post being an Assistant Manager / Manager, with sound knowledge of corporate governance and company law. You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, have strong IT skills, and hold a professional qualification such as STEP, ISCA, ACCA or qualified by experience.
