Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of key initiatives of the brand strategy. The work is expected to drive customer awareness and consideration and ultimately the acquisition of new customers. It will be a requirement of the role to play a senior position in building and mentoring a multi-disciplined team of marketing experts to deliver the program of work in addition to working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the marketing plans.
To apply for this role you will need to have 5+ years' marketing experience building and executing successful marketing strategies, have a proven track record of devising innovative and robust plans that deliver brilliant cross-channel engagement that drives brand building (including ATL), you will have budget management experience, as well as experience in managing agencies (media and creative).
This role would suit a candidate who is an exemplary communicator demonstrating strong written, verbal, organisational skills, with a strong strategic vision with an understanding of business objectives, impeccable attention to detail, with a relevant marketing qualification CIM or degree.
