Our client is seeking a permanent full time Receptionist / PA to the Director to start as soon as possible. The role holder will provide general office receptionist services, ensuring all external stakeholders are greeted in line with our client's culture and values and to provide administration and operational support to the Managing Director. Previous relevant experience required.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week). You will need to be a motivated self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative, with excellent communication skills, excellent inter-personal and organisational skills, as well as being proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
