Our client is seeking to appoint a PA/Secretary for a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the business.
They are looking for someone with extensive experience in a similar capacity. Key requirements will primarily be diary and travel management for Partners within the firm.
You will need to have a minimum of 5+ years' administration experience in a secretarial / PA capacity (ideally in a legal or professional services environment), have a tech-savvy outlook, be comfortable working within a busy environment where quality of work is key, have excellent diary and travel management experience, with a high level of proficiency in Word/Outlook, and ideally a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. You will need to have excellent organisational skills with an ability to efficiently and effectively manage your own time and prioritise your workload, strong attention to detail is essential.
