A financial services client is seeking to appoint a Paralegal to provide legal expertise and support across the group with an emphasis on the finance side.
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience and must be adaptable and able to acquaint themselves with other laws which are relevant to the business.
Core skills will include a “solutions-based” approach to matters and the ability to communicate and explain legal issues in a straightforward and practical language to colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority.
In addition to legal technical skills, you must have sound judgement with the ability to balance legal and commercial priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful individual to contribute to the in-house legal function of the Group, and to add considerable value to the team.
