Our client is seeking to appoint a Paralegal to work in the General Counsel division of its business.
Duties would include providing legal advice, working to ensure the client delivers high quality prudential, financial crime and conduct regulation within the Bailiwick of Guernsey including facilitating innovation and discouraging poor quality ventures, assisting to protect and enhance the Bailiwick's international reputation within the financial services sector in order to promote a regulatory environment in which good firms do good business, and assist with delivering PRISM risk based supervision, enforcement and policy creation.
You will be responsible for preparing affidavits, legal opinions, memorandums, legal correspondence and other documents for members of the General Counsel Division, assist with the preparation and filing of court documents as necessary. Organising briefs, exhibits and appendices. Assisting with organising exhibits, preparing bundles and other tasks as required.
