Our client is growing at a rapid rate, and they are looking for someone to provide dual support to their HR and Employee Experience Manager and executive support to their CEO and Managing Director.
Prior experience in HR, payroll or a similar EA role is preferential, but this is also a great opportunity to establish a career in one of these areas and gain experience in all aspects of HR across three jurisdictions.
In this role you will support the HR Manager with the delivery of all people related tasks, be involved in the full employee life cycle from workforce planning, recruitment, induction, staff initiatives and performance management, right through to the leaver process. You will undertake the full payroll process (training will be provided) and help manage their employee benefits including their pension and medical scheme.
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to maintain a credible and professional outlook, have an ability to work in a collaborative and flexible manner and build effective relationships. You will need to have strong IT skills, be able to use your own initiative to solve problems and find better ways of working, be confident in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an excellent attention to detail. You will have an ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner, and have experience of taking minutes in a variety of different meeting settings or willingness to learn.
Ideally our client would like the successful candidate to have experience in either HR, payroll, or a PA role supporting a senior leadership team or senior manager.
