Our client, a dynamic, locally run bank, is seeking to appoint a Pricing Associate, as part of their ongoing growth.

The Pricing Associate will take an active lead in strategic management of our client’s savings and mortgage product pricing.

You will need to have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment in order to achieve objectives, show excellent attention to detail, have strong MS application skills, particularly Excel. You will need to have good data analysis and critical thinking skills, have numeric/commercial acumen, with the ability to engage across teams.

In this role you will develop and implement customer targeted product pricing that are fair for customers and deliver the commercial goals of our client, deploy effective pricing strategies that optimise commercial performance, and contribute to the ongoing development of the savings and mortgage pricing models. You will manage and deliver new products, propositions, rates and oversee product implementation and communication, support the Senior Commercial Manager with liquidity management, ensuring corporate plan targets are maintained whilst maximising margin.
