A Global Services client, are looking for someone to take on the administrator role within the existing core team of three.
The team is comprised of its core team that focuses on client relationships, accounting & reporting and drafting documentation for deals. Outside the core team, the legal and compliance teams and incorporation teams are all based in Guernsey.
Duties would include drafting loan agreements, onboard new loans onto the bespoke loan system, draft resolutions to new loans/changes to existing loans, attend risk review meetings/take minutes/draft minutes to the team, incorporate companies in Guernsey, and collect self-certification forms for CRS guidelines.
The ideal candidate would have an understanding of corporate structures, experience in Trusts or fiduciary businesses, knowledge of forming companies, and an understanding of the financial services industry and Guernsey regulatory environment. A STEP or ICSA Diploma qualified candidate is desirable, but not essential.
