Our client is seeking to recruit a Project Manager Business Analyst to translate change requirements into executable projects, and manage projects through to conclusion in line with approved framework, and with appropriate attention to quality, costs and timescale.
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 - 3 years project experience of Project Management and/or Business Analysis within a change environment. You will need to have a familiarity with project methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile, experience in the finance / insurance industry is desirable but not essential. It is essential that you have had exposure to typical business application systems, strong analytical, project delivery and management skills are required, including an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into deliverable units of change. You will have excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills, and show practical understanding of impact of business change and organisational growth.
