The Relationship Manager Assistant provides key support to Relationship Managers to achieve the Bank’s goal.
This role is varied and demands both technical and operational knowledge, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills. Professionalism and responsiveness are key.
The Relationship Manager Assistant assist in the acquisition of new clients and assist in their delivery of client’s feedback, regarding products and services to the relevant specialists within the bank. This ensures continuous improvement and adaption in line with market trends.
Our client is seeking a candidate who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is able to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will need excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A Guernsey Financial Advice Standard (GFAS) Level 4 qualification is required for this role although candidates who are currently studying for this are also encouraged to apply. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress into a Relationship Manager role and support will be given to study for a GFAS Level 6 qualification as part of their development.
