A vacancy has arisen to join a busy Account Management Team, reporting to the Account Manager you will undertake a variety of duties, communicating with both existing and new customers via various channels. The primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service and outcomes to customers.
The Assistant Account Manager will also undertake a variety of duties to ensure effective dealings with customers and queries. Workloads are shared across the team to ensure efficient working and variety as well as effective cover. Full training will be provided.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys being busy with a focus on exceptional customer service.
You will assist in the distribution and sending of invoices, support the Account Manager in setting up price lists, assist the Account Manager in creating credit memos, sending correct batch certificates to customers, support the Account Manager to liaise with Finance for credit checks. Assisting with creating and maintaining price lists and promotional codes and activity, communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments, and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be computer literate with strong keyboard skills, have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time, whilst paying strict attention to detail, be a proactive team player. You will need to be reliable, hardworking, and conscientious, flexible and adaptable, have experience in delivering solutions based on customer requirements, have excellent time management skills, with a self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
