Our client, an award-winning law firm, are seeking to appoint an administrator to join their Guernsey team to provide a full secretarial and administrative service to their fee earners primarily in the International Private Client and Employment practice areas, and to contribute towards the smooth running of the Guernsey office. They need an individual who has solid administrative skills and a willingness to adapt and be flexible.
Prior experience in a legal environment would be beneficial but not a requirement, however you will need to be a confident IT user with a good working knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience of document management systems would be helpful. You will need to have excellent typing and formatting skills, administrative and document management experience, with attention to detail.
