Senior Administrator, Client Services - Guernsey

Our client, a well-established client services provider has an opportunity for a Senior Administrator in Guernsey, primarily to assist with the Asset Review Project, which entails liaising with the administration teams to assist with identifying and recording all assets held within the corporate structure.

Other criteria in this role will be to work with third parties, manage portfolio's, maintain accurate records in respect of assets and the collecting of due diligence. Additionally, there will be drafting of minutes, preparation of and attendance of meetings and problem solving as well as escalation of issues to senior management.

The successful applicant will ideally have a at least five years' experience in the fiduciary industry, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient with the Microsoft package, be a team player and be able to prioritise tasks using time management skills.
