Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Client Case Management Administrator to work in their compliance department on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Working as part of their dynamic policy servicing team, you will support customers with regards to their policy servicing requirements in relation to on-boarding, ensuring that client risk assessments are correctly recorded / risk rated and approved, with referral to MLRO / Compliance as necessary. You will ensure that all AML / CDD requirements are adequately completed in accordance with legal requirements and internal AML guidelines, review historical plans and communication reviews to ensure the best outcome is achieved for customers, in conjunction with the wider team deliverables, and ensure all due diligence is undertaken appropriately and each case is completed to a high level.
You will be adaptable and customer-focused, with good AML, CDD, risk assessment experience, including local and wider regulatory requirements, good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, CRM), excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills, with a positive 'can do' attitude to learning and good work ethic.
