Working as part of the wider administration team the successful candidate who fills this role will be responsible for managing the administration of new business cases from start to finish, liaising with third parties, alongside general office duties to support the financial adviser and investment teams such as preparation of correspondence, valuations, application paperwork and other ad hoc administration.
The ideal candidate would have a friendly disposition and an excellent telephone manner as the role will consist of direct contact with clients and third parties. The candidate will need to be organised and accurate in their approach to work.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years office administration experience, however, training on company systems and processes will be provided. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail, an engaging nature together with a positive attitude and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
