Our long standing client is a reputable provider of fund administration and private equity services are seeking to employ a senior funds administrator, to support the team manager by ensuring that all processes undertaken are in line with the company's procedures. You will act as a guide for junior members of staff within the team and undertake responsibility for a portfolio of the company's clients. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with the day to day work and training of administrators whilst controlling and co-ordinating workloads. Ensuring that all outgoing correspondence, calculations and presentation of work is of the highest standard. Prepare briefing papers and attend board meetings, assisting with taking of minutes and presentation of reports. Complete regular bookkeeping and review of ledgers, whilst ensuring the compliance monitoring of the funds are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of company secretarial tasks with the ability to work on their own initiative and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills. You must have an understanding of relevant legal framework, AML regulations and possess a strong knowledge of banking systems.
