A world-wide organisation is seeking to appoint a Sales Support Senior Administrator. Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for receiving and reviewing quotes and requests to ensure the CRMs have all required information they need to be able to produce quotes, request quotes, issue quotes and monitor and chase feedback.
In this role you will be responsible for the on-boarding of new clients, issue new business packs, ensure KPIs are adhered to, respond to client queries, ensure AML is gathered for all new business cases, and work closely with pricing and operations to ensure the client receives a high level of service.
The skills and experience required for this role is the ability to use initiative and contribute to the enhancement of processes & procedures to maximise efficiencies, have the ability to provide high quality customer services, have a professional and a client focused approach, excellent communication and problem solving skills, be flexible and adaptable to meet client's and business' needs, with an intermediate level experience of Word, Excel and Outlook software, as well as being organised with the ability to plan your own work and meet deadlines set.
