Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the sales support. Key responsibilities include issuing quotes, monitor and chase for client feedback, send risk confirmations to clients / brokers, and receive and renew quote requests.
You will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, ensure KPIs are adhered to, ensure AML is gathered for all new business cases, and you will work closely with pricing and ensure clients receive a high level of service.
