Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Client Case Management Administrator to support the Customer Case Wealth Management team to ensure all internal procedures are completed including client risk assessments with referral to the MLRO / Compliance as necessary, ensure all AML / CDD requirements are completed, you will need to focus on customer experience, ensure all due diligence is undertaken, ensure compliance to internal AML guidelines and regulatory requirements is met, review enhanced due diligence searches, perform reviews of multi-jurisdictional customers, partake in regular team meetings, and support operational delivery requirements including cover for teams who are working on projects.
To apply for this role you will need 5+ years' experience in compliance or customer focused servicing environment within the financial services sector, experience of working in an operations environment, AML, CDD, and risk assessment expertise, CRS awareness, good IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
